[p2pu-dev] Localization

It is created via a command (sh/int is the script) (
https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta/wiki/Translating-Lernanta) and then Spanish
(msgstr) is filled out to correspond with the generated English strings
(msgid).

Maybe we can make a new language translation and all the msgstr will be
empty and we could keep that updated when we update the Spanish one. Would
that help?
