The bot I have is written in Java and it needs a servlet container to run.
I was planning to have it have a RESTful API (for join/part), and even fire events back to webhooks (like onMessage POST json to p2pu.org server).

Additionally I can make it obey some commands via IRC, or better, scan for channels with p2pu prefix and autojoin them.
