[p2pu-dev] 2 Notification Issues

   1. Broadcasts do not contain "Do Not Reply" notice. Admin at p2pu.org is
   bombarded with email replies to notifications.
   2. This could be fixed by having the course organizers' email revealed as
   the sender of the message. At least they'd get replies. I remember this idea
   came up some time ago.
