[p2pu-dev] Capret - OER tracking tool Alpha release

Stefanie Panke shared a great OER tool on the Blogging and Writing For The
Web mailing list:

Capret  makes it easier to track how OER content is reused and remixed and
builds on the Open Attribute tool.

This seems like a very relevant tool for P2PU to use in order to track how
our participants use OER and how any OER produced / remixed within our site
gets used in other contexts.
